1. Scope & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern (i) your use of the Celestial Fantasia Games LLC website (the “Service”) and (ii) any purchase of the Product. By accessing the Service or purchasing the Product, you agree to be bound by (a) these Terms, (b) the End‑User License Agreement, and (c) the Refund Policy. If you do not accept all of these documents, do not use the Service or make a purchase.

  • Lawful Use: You must use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Accounts: If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

  • Order Acceptance — All orders are offers to buy. A contract forms only when Celestial Fantasia Games LLC (“CFG”) emails an order confirmation. CFG may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.
  • Payment Information — To place an order you must submit valid billing details (e.g., card number, expiry date, billing address). By doing so you confirm you have the legal right to use the payment method and that the information is true and complete. CFG reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Purchase if fraud or illegal conduct is suspected.
  • Prices & Currency — Product prices may change at any time without notice. The price payable is the price displayed on the website at the moment CFG accepts your order, in the currency shown.
  • Taxes — Prices do not include national, state, or local sales tax, use tax, VAT, GST, digital‑services tax, or similar (“Local Tax”). Applicable Local Tax will be added at checkout unless you supply a valid exemption certificate.

4. Licensing

Your use of the Product is governed by the End‑User License Agreement. The EULA grants a user‑based, perpetual license—not ownership—of the software.

5. Intellectual Property

Software Ownership — The Product and all content on this website (including text, graphics, logos, and code) are the exclusive property of Celestial Fantasia Games LLC or its licensors. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any portion of the site or software without prior written permission.

Trademarks — “Celestial Fantasia Games,” the Product name, and related logos are trademarks of CFG. All other marks remain the property of their respective owners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled solely under the Refund Policy, which sets out time limits and conditions for license, support‑plan, and pre‑order refunds.

8. Availability, Errors & Inaccuracies

While CFG strives for accuracy, the Service may contain errors, mis‑priced items, or outdated information. Products may become unavailable without notice. CFG reserves the right to correct errors, change content, or update product information at any time without prior notice.

THE SERVICE AND THE PRODUCT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CFG’s entire liability for any claim relating to the Service or Product will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product. CFG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to These Terms

CFG may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms must be brought in a state or federal court located in Wyoming.
